The organic italian winery San Valentino is located on the hills of Rimini, a few steps from the sea, in Emilia-Romagna region, just a couple miles north of SAN MARINO. Today San Valentino produces completely organic wines of excellence, under the guidance of the well-known wine maker Luca D’Attoma. The San Valentino’s vineyards extend on a hillside kissed by the sun and caressed by the breeze of the Adriatic sea which mitigates the microclimate of the area. Roberto Mascarin is the humble, incredibly talented man behind these astonishingly good-value wines. The whole place is meticulously cared for and small stainless-steel tanks allow fermentation plot by plot.
